Once you have seen it, you quickly realize there is no way back. When we approach dilemma’s, people and organizations with a progressive state of mind, things suddenly become more logical and human. Enrich your view by putting trust before distrust, by preferring bottom-up instead of top-down or choosing to empower and guide, instead of manage and control. Add new techniques like Agile working, AI and Design Thinking and there’s the recipe for a people-centered company strategy, with a people team that automates operational processes to be able to add value where it matters; to the people and the organization.
JOOST VAN RIJN
Entrepreneur, innovator, motivator and critical thinker. During my career in HR I felt things could be done differently than what I experienced so far. When I finally met like minded people at The Disruptors, I knew what my mission was in this world: to disrupt (dare, challenge) the world of HR or how we organize our companies and businesses. Inspired by Laslo Bock (Google), Ricardo Semler (SEMCO), Daniel Pink and other pioneers in their era I strongly believe in the Human Kind (Rutger Bregman) and self organizing teams, giving people the responsibility that they can handle. Loosely coupled, but tightly aligned (SPOTIFY).
